President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi announced his approval of an annual plan proposed by the Cabinet to monitor key sectors and issues of public concern, aiming to maintain dialogue with citizens and address matters affecting their daily lives.

In a statement posted on his official social media accounts, El-Sisi said the decision followed his review of the outcomes of the 2026 Forum.

The president also instructed the government to publish directives related to the forum’s recommendations on its official website, accompanied by clear implementation timelines and measurable performance indicators. The move is intended to allow both citizens and state institutions to monitor progress.

Following discussions at the forum’s closing session, including a request made by a young participant with disabilities and presentations by participants in the "Future Makers" initiative, El-Sisi outlined three additional directives:

1. Expand youth development programs: Broaden training opportunities for children and young people through the National Training Academy and the Shabab Misr platform, while organizing meetings with government officials to hear their ideas and aspirations.

2. Recognize outstanding young talent: Highlight the achievements of exceptional students, innovators, and gifted young Egyptians in streets, public squares, and other public spaces. The initiative will complement the previously approved "State of Innovation" program, which focuses on scientific research and nurturing talent.

3. Improve accessibility and employment opportunities: Develop a sustainable, integrated national system using artificial intelligence to provide digital services and communication tools for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. The plan also includes vocational training, suitable employment opportunities, and religious education services in sign language.

El-Sisi emphasized that citizens would remain at the center of the government's priorities, describing the annual forum as a platform for translating public discussions and recommendations into practical measures.

He added that the ultimate goal is to ensure the forum's outcomes lead to tangible improvements that citizens can experience in their daily lives.
