Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly witnessed the launch of the first phase of the electronic platform for the single approval system known as the golden license.
The CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), Hossam Heiba said that the platform allows investors to obtain various information and data related to the golden license, and that it enables them to submit requests to obtain a single approval, and follow up on the status of those requests.
Madbouly also witnessed a live experience of an Egyptian company, Hassan Allam, applying on the platform to obtain a single approval license for its strategic warehouses project within just 10 minutes.
Hassan Allam’s strategic warehouses project will establish, manage, operate and maintain warehouses in accordance to latest scientific and technological techniques in Luxor on an area of more than 43 thousand square meters, with investments of EGP 1.5 billion.
Heiba also stated that the second phase of the platform will be completed by the end of 2023.
