Minister of International Cooperation and Governor of Egypt at the World Bank Group, Rania A. Al-Mashat, announced that the International Finance Corporation's (IFC) investments in Egypt have exceeded $7 billion since the initiation of its operations in the country.
The government selected the International Finance Corporation as its strategic advisor for the government offerings program.
Tawfik emphasized the importance of complying with the instructions of the Minister of Finance to facilitate tax procedures for financiers.
The agreement stipulates to support Egypt’s efforts in economically empowering women and enhancing their access to financing, as well as to close gender gaps in remuneration and investment.
