Internet providers announce price hikes as of January 2024

Telecom Egypt announced that it will increase the prices of landline internet packages, starting from January 5, with free browsing of educational websites.

According to the new prices, the price of the 140 GB internet package increased to EGP 160 per month instead of EGP 120.

The price of the 200 GB internet package also increased to EGP 225 instead of EGP 170 pounds, and the 250 GB capacity to EGP 280 per month instead of EGP 210.

The price of a 400 GB internet package rose to EGP 440 per month instead of EGP 340, a 600 GB capacity to EGP 650 instead of EGP 500, and a 1 TB capacity to EGP 1,050 per month instead of EGP 800.

This follows the raise in electricity prices, the increase in metro prices, and increase in mobile tariffs.
