Turkey’s bony textile industries to establish $100 million textile plant in 10th of Ramadan City

The land will serve as a private free zone dedicated to establishing a fully integrated factory for the production of high-quality textiles, with a total investment of $100 million.

El Sewedy Industrial Development has signed an agreement with Turkey’s Bony Textile Industries to acquire a 120,000-square-meter industrial land plot within the “Industria 10th” project in 10th of Ramadan City, according to a statement released by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).

 The land will serve as a private free zone dedicated to establishing a fully integrated factory for the production of high-quality textiles, with a total investment of $100 million.

Mohamed El Komah, CEO of El Sewedy Industrial Development, stated that this agreement reflects international investors’ confidence in the company’s comprehensive services and advanced infrastructure within its industrial cities—facilities specifically designed to meet investors' needs and support their ambitions for growth and expansion.

He added that the Industria 10th project offers a business-friendly environment that enables investors to focus on their operations and achieve maximum productivity.

Meanwhile, Hasan Glukaya, CEO of Bony Textile Industries, highlighted that the new factory will create approximately 2,500 direct and indirect job opportunities, with an investment valued at around $100 million. The facility is scheduled to begin operations by the end of 2026.
