According to the new pricing structure, the price of Gasoline 95 will rise from EGP 17 to EGP 19 per liter, while Gasoline 92 will increase from EGP 15.25 to EGP 17.25 per liter. Gasoline 80 will also see an increase from EGP 13.75 to EGP 15.75 per liter. Diesel (solar) and kerosene will both rise from EGP 13.5 to EGP 15.5 per liter.
For industrial use, the price of mazut supplied to sectors other than electricity and food industries will go up from EGP 9,500 to EGP 10,500 per ton. Meanwhile, the price of household butane cylinders (12.5 kg) will increase from EGP 150 to EGP 200, and commercial cylinders will go from EGP 300 to EGP 400. Bulk gas prices will also rise, moving from EGP 12,000 to EGP 16,000 per ton.
Additionally, gas supplied to brick kilns will be priced between EGP 190 and EGP 210 per million British thermal units (BTU). However, the prices of mazut used for electricity generation and food industries, as well as vehicle fueling gas, will remain unchanged.
