The Egyptian exports to Oman reached $194 million in 2024, compared to $190 million in 2023.

The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman amounted to $858 million in 2024, compared to $908 million in 2023, according to the latest data released by the Central Agency Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).

 The Egyptian exports to Oman reached $194 million in 2024, compared to $190 million in 2023.

The agency noted that Egyptian imports from Oman amounted to $664 million in 2024, compared to $718 million in 2023.

The key goods exported by Egypt to Oman in 2024 included vegetables and fruits valued at $62 million, optical and cinematic devices at $24 million, various food preparations at $19 million, and electrical machines and appliances at $14 million.

CAPMAS highlighted that the main commodities imported by Egypt from Oman in 2024 were metal ores valued at $356 million, fish, crustaceans, and mollusks at $82 million, plastics and their products at $75 million, iron, steel, and their products at $56 million, and aluminum and its products at $22 million.

Additionally, Omani investments in Egypt increased, reaching $12.7 million during FY2023/2024, compared to $4.1 million in FY 2022/2023.
