Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel Al-Wazir, said that Cairo for Investment and Development (CID) received applications from local and international investors. This offering includes 43 ready-built factories for the production of leather goods with unprecedented payment facilities in Robbiki Leather City.

Investors also have the option to combine factory spaces to align with their production capacity requirements.

Factories are available for ownership at competitive prices, with highly flexible payment plans. Investors are required to pay only 25% of the unit’s price upfront, followed by a one-year grace period.

The remaining balance can be paid in equal installments over five years at an annual interest rate of just 10%, facilitated by partnerships with several banks.

This initiative aims to transform Robbiki Leather City into the first specialized global hub for leather manufacturing in the Middle East and Africa. The city seeks to attract major local companies and renowned global brands in finished leather products, accessories, and complementary industries.

Robbiki Leather City provides a fully integrated industrial environment with advanced infrastructure and modern services.

Equipped with cutting-edge technologies, the city adheres to the highest environmental standards and sustainability practices.

A state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant, designed to accommodate the city’s industrial activities, further underscores its commitment to sustainability.
