Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, announced that the state's total investment in tourism development exceeds 6.7 billion Egyptian pounds. These investments encompass the enhancement of several museums and tourist destinations in Alexandria and Beheira.

The announcement was made during his address at the National Youth Conference in Alexandria, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

Furthermore, Madbouly revealed that the opening of the Royal Jewelry Museum is underway, and by the end of this month, the renovation of the Greek-Roman Museum will be completed.

It is important to note that there has been a presidential directive not only to complete the development of the museum but also to revitalize the entire area. By the end of September, the comprehensive development of the area will be finalized. Additionally, efforts are underway to restore the Saraya El-Hekma building.

These substantial investments in tourism development reflect Egypt's commitment to promoting its rich cultural heritage and attracting international visitors.

The development and enhancement of museums and tourist destinations in Alexandria and Beheira will contribute to the preservation and promotion of Egypt's historical and archaeological treasures. These efforts aim to elevate the tourism sector, create job opportunities, and boost economic growth in the region.
