MBG kicks off White 14 project launch with special Amr Diab concert

Located in a high-end section in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, offices are privy to direct views of the Green River

Renowned super star Amr Diab kicked off the launch of MBG Real Estate Developments Company’s project “White 14” in the New Administrative Capital with a special concert, celebrating the project’s unveiling.

A mixed-use tower with commercial and administrative units, White 14’s 14 floors holds 29 offices with areas ranging from 37 to 80 square meters, in addition to commercial units of various sizes ranging from 32 to 200 square meters.

Located in a high-end section in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, offices are privy to direct views of the Green River, the tourist towers area, and is close to the Mosque of Egypt and Al-Massa Hotel.

The company is moving steadily to implement its ambitious strategy to expand the company’s portfolio of projects inside and outside the Administrative Capital, states Dr. Amr El-Adl, CEO of MBG Real Estate Developments.

 

The CEO highlighted the real estate sector’s many competitive advantages, whether high demand or the introduction of new investment opportunities in the new cities, noting MBG’s progress in implementing its Pukka and River Green projects, according to the timeline, to become one of the first companies to approach the delivery of units to its clients on the agreed dates.

El-Adl alluded to the role of the commercial sector in MBG Real Estate Developments Company’s development of a successful strategy to promote the company’s projects, in cooperation with real estate marketing companies.

This contributed to the company’s record sales, with El-Adl stressing the importance of the role of real estate marketing companies in promoting real estate projects, and offering the best alternatives to customers.

White 14 is MBG’s 3rd project, bringing the company’s total investments in the capital to EGP 7 billion. Other projects in the company’s portfolio includes its Pukka residential project on an area of 41 acres, and an integrated medical center with investments of EGP 1 billion.
