Samir confirmed that the government seeks to increase industrial output by 20% annually and raise the contribution of the green economy to the gross domestic product to at least 5%.
Minister Samir emphasized that Italy holds a significant position as one of Egypt's foremost global economic allies.
Furthermore, Egypt aims to achieve a yearly growth of 20% in its industrial production, enhance the green economy's contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) to a minimum of 5%, and generate 7 to 8 million job opportunities.
The exports amounted to $6.12 billion, reflecting a 6% rise compared to the same period in 2023
