The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session, as its benchmark EGX30 index fell 1.09% to close at 55,664.79 points.
The EGX70 EWI index, which tracks small- and mid-cap stocks, declined 0.98% to 21,192.67 points, while the broader EGX100 EWI index dropped 1.04% to 27,705.07 points.
The Sharia Index also lost 0.64% to 6,712.59 points.
Total market capitalization stood at EGP 4.365 trillion at the close.
Trading value reached EGP 10.98 billion, with 2,65 billion securities traded across 261,734 transactions.
Arab investors were net sellers during the session, recording net sales of EGP 65.541 million. Meanwhile, Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers, with net purchases of EGP 22.603 million and EGP 42.937 million, respectively.

Delta For Printing & Packaging rose 20% to close at EGP 361.76 per share.
Tanmiya for Real Estate Investment gained 11.60%, ending the session at EGP 7.31 per share.
Creast Mark For Contracting And Real Estate Development climbed 9.94%.
Nasr Company for Civil Works advanced 9.87% to close at EGP 8.35 per share.
