New Era Group has announced a strategic partnership between its residential brand UC Residences and SOLID Developments to develop UC Residences as part of Crosswalk, SOLID’s flagship mixed-use destination in West Cairo The collaboration brings together New Era Group’s community-driven residential philosophy and SOLID Developments’ expertise in delivering refined, design-led destinations, to create a residential offering that supports contemporary living through connectivity, lifestyle integration, and long-term value As part of the wider Crosswalk master-planned development, UC Residences will be seamlessly integrated within a dynamic environment that combines residential, commercial, cultural, and lifestyle components.
The project is designed to offer residents a thoughtfully curated living experience rooted in comfort, functionality, and human-centric design. A number of the residences within UC Residences will be allocated to members of the Uppingham Cairo British academic team, reinforcing New Era Group’s holistic ecosystem that connects education, community living, and cultural life.
The development will also include a state-of-the-art Uppingham Cairo Theatre, envisioned as a cultural and educational landmark within Crosswalk, supporting performances, school productions, and wider community engagement.
