President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi participated in the Egyptian-Danish business forum in Copenhagen on Friday, discussing ways to boost economic and investment cooperation between Egypt and Denmark.

The forum marked a significant step in strengthening bilateral ties.

Earlier, President Sisi met with King Frederick X of Denmark following a formal reception ceremony. The two leaders discussed the growing relationship between their nations.

Sisi’s visit to Denmark is a key part of his European tour, which also includes stops in Norway and Ireland.

As part of his visit, Sisi is scheduled to meet with Denmark’s Prime Minister and Parliament Speaker, culminating in the signing of a declaration to establish a strategic partnership between the two nations.

The President is also set to participate in various economic meetings and events, including the signing of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) aimed at enhancing cooperation in several sectors.

Following his visit to Denmark, Sisi will travel to Oslo, where he will meet with Norway’s King, Prime Minister, and President.

He is also expected to hold discussions with Norwegian business leaders operating in Egypt and witness the signing of new cooperation agreements.

The European tour will conclude in Dublin, where Sisi will meet with Irish leaders to explore opportunities for deepening cooperation and addressing global challenges.
