In response to circulating reports on various online platforms and social media channels, speculation arose regarding an emergency decision to close Egyptian airspace. However, the official media center of the Cabinet engaged with the Ministry of Civil Aviation to address these claims promptly.

The Ministry of Civil Aviation refuted these rumors, affirming that there is no validity to the alleged emergency closure of Egyptian airspace. Furthermore, they emphasized that no official entity has issued any directives regarding such a measure.

Underscoring the normal operational status of Egyptian airspace, the Ministry clarified that air traffic continues without interruption. All Egyptian airports maintain regular flight schedules, except for those flights destined for countries where airspace restrictions are in place, leading to the suspension of air travel.

The Ministry urged citizens not to succumb to misinformation and false reports, advising them to seek information from credible sources. This call comes amidst a surge of online rumors, underscoring the importance of verifying information before dissemination.

As Egypt stands firm against the proliferation of inaccurate information, the Ministry of Civil Aviation assures the public of the continued operation of airspace and adherence to standard flight procedures.
