Petroleum minister, EU ambassador discuss partnership initiatives in energy field

In statements, the minister said that they discussed the current talks concerning EU partnership to fund the development of the 2035 energy strategy in Egypt.

On Sunday, Minister of Petroleum Tarek el Molla, discussed European Union (EU) ambassador to Cairo Christian Berger on ways to enhance the partnership initiatives between Egypt and the EU in the energy field.

The ambassador and Minister spoke on the current discussions regarding the EU partnership to fund the development of Egypt’s 2035 energy strategy.

Berger added that Egypt is on top of the EU priorities to enhance partnership in energy field, declaring the continued cooperation between the two countries in the field.
