Egypt targets global marketing for Housing Ministry projects

The Egyptian government plans to implement a strategy focusing on global marketing for the offerings and projects of the Ministry of Housing in the upcoming period.  
 
Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny stated that the ministry has adopted a strategy aimed at attracting international markets by globally promoting unique projects, such as the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital.  
 
El-Sherbiny highlighted that the ministry seeks to alleviate the burdens of management, maintenance, and operation of these projects, in addition to infrastructure projects, through partnerships with the private sector.  
 
The remarks were made during a meeting held by the minister with officials from a company specializing in asset management and institutional development to discuss proposals for enhancing performance and maximizing the utilization of assets owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).  
 
The meeting explored preliminary work plans prepared by the company in collaboration with the NUCA team, focusing on improving performance and optimizing asset utilization.  
 
The minister emphasized the importance of promptly establishing an actionable plan to ensure effective management of NUCA's assets, aiming to maximize the authority’s resources and asset value.  
 
El-Sherbiny reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to providing full support to achieve the highest levels of performance and development at NUCA, particularly in asset management and resource maximization.
